Bio

Son of :  Captain Richard Gregory McChrystal After completing his tour, he returned to marry his bird's namesake, Barbara Ruth Bledsoe, settling in Whittier, Calif., after he earned his degree in chemical engineering at Stanford University. He had three children.   I studied Electrical Engineering at Stanford University and married Sharon Kay Cullers and we raised three children.  Professionally, I worked for Cal-Tex Semiconductor, Litronix , Siemens and Cadence.  I led an integrated circuit design group and produced chips from alphanumeric LED displays to network protocol controllers.  At Cadence, I wrote code for IC design verification. A serious cyclist, I spent much of my spare time climbing the hills of the south Bay Area.  I also am a photographer, woodworker and computer enthusiast and programmer. I retired at 50 due to a serious medical condition.
