Iowa Chapter President, 8th AF Historical Society for nearly 20 years. Over a four year span Interviewed over 400 Iowa veterans of the 8th AF for book "Iowans of the Mighty Eighth" including pictures of them now and then, most memorable experiences, crew photos, and photos of over 500 KIA. Book sold out but years later re-published by publishers in digital form thereby eliminating color pages.
