Carlson; Co-pilot: Dave T. Kindt; Navigator: James R. Blackburn; Bombardier: Frank A. Price; Flight engineer/top turret gunner: Bobby L. Boutwell; Radio Operator: Hubert E. Sprague; Ball turret gunner: Clifford J. Pruitt; Left Waist gunner: John M. Trainer; Right Waist gunner: Frank J. Holczman; Tail gunner: Roy P. Ladd. The ship ditched into the Channel near Penhurst and the crew was saved by the Air Rescue Service. All returned to base, six of them slightly injured (scratches). No Missing Air Crew Report.
