Delivered to Cheyenne 14/11/43; Kearney 3/12/43; Presque Isle, Maine 9/12/43; Assigned to the 546th BS/384th BG [BK-G] at Station 106, Grafton Underwood on 6/1/44; (19/9/44 - struck by flak just before the IP; after dropping bombs on target left formation, apparently under control; landed away in France; crew returned to GU. The aircraft was repaired and flew her next mission on 30 December 1944), 1/1/45 - Crashed while landing at RAF Detling, Kent on return from mission with battle damage. Struck obstructions including a hut, destroying the aircraft. There were no personnel injuries. with Walter E. Ramsay; salvaged by AFSC 3/1/45.
