I am the Granddaughter of F/O James (Jim) Nicholas Hentges. (Bombardier) 8th AF, 96th BG, 3rd BD, 339th BS, 45th CBW, Snetterton Heath Airfield. He was a POW at Stalag Luft 1, North 3 (December 5, 1944- April 30, 1945) I am trying to piece together his military service and preserve it for future generations. Looking to find any Crew/Aircraft pictures and updates. As well as the Missions he flew.
