2nd Lt. Floyd F. Ramsey was the command pilot of the B-24D #42-41004 “The Urgin' Virgin”, when it was shot down and lost in the North Sea, after a mission to Bremen, Germany. Lt. Ramsey with all 11 men onboard were missing in action (MIA). - Killed In Action (KIA) on November 13, 1943
