Killed in Flying Accident (KIFA). Upon takeoff from base on mission to Bremen 13-Nov-1943, 384th was recalled. B-17 #42-24575 'Sunrise Serenader' vibrated before going into a spin and broke in two near Wargrave, Berkshire. 9 KOM 1RTD.
