To our knowledge this aircraft was never given a nickname or had any nose art painted on it. 4 Jun 44, crashed after take-off w/Sachtleben Crew 607 near Graveston. Crew was killed, as well as 2 firefighters who died when a bomb exploded. 10 KIA, a/c salvaged on 4 Jun 44 Aircraft replaced with 44-40086 LAURA JO
