I am the son of John F. CollinsHartford,ConnecticutCaptainFlew The P-51D  CV-J  tail 415-711 368th Fighter SquadronService September 1944 -August 1945I heard stories of my fathers service as a fighter pilot  with the 8th Air Force in WWII. We are all so proud of his sacrifice and service to our country and to the Democratic countries in Europe.
