Son of Norman and Blanche Christian. Brother - Nelson, Sisters - Marsha and Laurie. Moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1957 from Chicago, IL. Moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 1961. Norman Christian passed away at the Veteran's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ U.S.A. on April 19, 1970, due to major medical conditions caused by his treatment and undernourishment as a Prisoner-of-War in Germany. My two sons who never met their paternal grandfather, Ryan (1990) and Adam (1993), but have been instrumental in doing research and scouring the Internet to obtain the activities of S/Sgt. Norman F. Christian during World War II.
