"Harry Dean Baird, Jr. – Age 86, of Memphis, Tennessee, on April 6, 2009.He graduated from Central High School and Memphis State University, and served in World War II as a P-51 pilot in the United States Army Air Force. He was retired President of the Charles E. Heckle Company, a member of Second Presbyterian Church, where he served as a Sunday school teacher, deacon, elder, and Clerk of Session, and a beloved volunteer at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens."
