Joe C Castillo
Military ROLL OF HONOURJoe Costello attended 4 years of High School in Texas and joined the Air Corps in 1942. Sent overseas, he was assigned to the 92nd Bomb Group / 407th Bomb Squadron as an aerial gunner. Serving as Bombardier on the 14 October 1943 Schweinfurt mission in B-17 #42-30726 he was killed in the plane's explosion. Killed in Action (KIA).
