A combined force of 115 P-47s is despatched from 4FG, 56FG and 78FG to make a sweep over Holland. One P-47 is abandoned over the English Channel, the pilot is not recovered. There are no claims on enemy aircraft.
In addition, 6 P-47 are depatched from 4th FG to patrol the English coast. There are no losses or claims.
