Description

21 B-26s from 322BG are despatched to bomb the power station at Rouen, France, but the none of the aircraft are able to attack the target because of cloud cover. On aircraft is so damaged by anti-aircraft fire that it has to be ditched in the sea NW of Rouen-5POW 1EVD. The bomber gunners claim 1-8-5 of enemy aircraft.
