Good news about bombs on the targets - and the parts the Scouting Forces played in the success, comes over the teletype from division headquarters and is read to the scouting pilots by Lt. Col. John A. Brooks, of Chicago, Ill., commanding officer of a scouting force and a former B-24 Liberator lead pilot of 30 bomber missions. Col. Brooks holds the Distinguished Flying Cross, and the Air Medal with five clusters.' On reverse: SHAEF Field Press Censor [Stamp].
