P-51B 43-12173 G4-Z “Peg O’ My Heart” of 362nd Fighter Squadron. Assigned pilot of this a/c within the 362nd FS is not currently known but it was one of the original machines transferred in from the 9th AF’s 354th FG where it was so named and assigned to Lt. George R Bickell. Picture taken Post 6 March, 1944.
