A "Caterpillar Club" certificate, awarded to Staff Sergeant R.W. Armstrong, of the 91st Bomb Group, for successfully bailing out of his stricken B-17 Flying Fortress on the 4th of November 1944 and surviving, using a Irvin Company parachute. Printed caption on reverse of print: 'Caterpillar Club Card issued by company who's chute I used on Nov. 4 1944, Mereseburg raid.'
