Printed caption on reverse: 'Liberators Will Free Europe. Liberator Group of the 8th Air Force, [illegible] now busy bombing enemy targets is set to continue and even increase their blows when the Second Front comes. This series of pictures was taken at their station somewhere in Britain. Keystone Photo Shows:- (U.S. Pool, Broderick) Libherators form on perimeter track waiting turn to hit runway. 43, 22.'
