We have him listed as participating in two 437th TCG flights: the DRAGOON movement in July 1944 as a passenger and Operation VARSITY in March 1945 as a Glider Pilot. The IX Troop Carrier Command General Orders #71, dated 18 May 1945 has him as being awarded his first Oak Leaf Cluster (OLC) for his previously awarded Air Medal. He was a Flight Officer prior to being commissioned; his F/O # was T-121 529.
He was a member of the 437th TCG Association and was listed on their rosters from 1952 until his death.
