B-17 "Toonerville Trolley". Bubach Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz.  Picture was taken by my Father-in-law, who was in the Hitler Youth at the time.  Him and my future Mother-in-law (BDM) watched it fly over their village. After it crashed, he and his best friend rode their bikes out to the crash to take pictures.
