Carlis Richard Arnn
MilitaryDick entered the service on 13 October 1941 from Roanoke, Virginia. He enlisted as a Private in the Air Corps. He had four years of high school, was Single without dependents, and his civilian occupation was listed as: "Salespersons." Dick was in the Headquarters Squadron. Frank Guild, in his history of the 437th: "Action of the Tiger", identifies him as working in the Group Personnel Office. In July 1945, he returned to the US aboard the SS Mormacmoon; they landed at New York. He had an ASR of 85 Points.
