Chief Master Sergeant (Dr.) Eric J. Smith was Chief, Senior Executive Staff, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. He was the advisor to the Commander, Vice Commander, Director of Staff, and Command Chief in relation to Headquarters’ Air Force Reserve Command’s Command Staff and Special Staff enlisted personnel. Chief Smith ensured current organizational, personnel management practices, and procedures are consistent with the AFRC/CC’s vision and AFRC/DS directives. He recommended and/or initiated actions that improved organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
