After the passing of my mother 20 years ago I received my stepfather’s, George A Tarr,  World War 2 photo/memorabilia album Over the preceding years I have researched the people in the pictures to the best of my ability. I have made contact with a very few and several family member of the photographed service personnel. I am not a researcher or an historian. The intent is to share and preserve the information and photographs for the future so none will be forgotten.
