My Father, John R Kyler was S/Sgt in 92nd BG 407th BS; shot down 4 Feb 44 mission to Frankfurt. Captured and POW for 15 months - Stalag Luft VI, IV and I. I published book "What I Never Told You" after my Father's death. He never talked about it but his POW notebooks were the foundation of his story.
