Horace Doster House Jr
Military7 missions. Attacked by fighters and the pilot injured and several fires on board on mission to Brunswick on 30 Jan 1944, B-17G #42-31415 returned with the fires extinquished but five of the crew had baled out over Germany. Prisoner of War (POW).
Mr House was a ball turret gunner on a B-17, named "Ham on Rye", shot down over Germany in January of 1944 and was held prisoner until the war ended.
