George Kooker Villinger
Military ROLL OF HONOURGeorge Villinger has joined the 336th Fighter Squadron as a replacement pilot in Aug-43.
He was the first 4th Fighter Group pilot to be killed in action flying a Mustang, on 2-Mar-44. He was shot down by Fw190's in P-51B 43-6985 near the German town of Linburg during a Target Withdrawal Support mission to Frankfurt. KIA. MACR 2790.
