Floyd B Whaley Jr
MilitaryAssigned Sept 1944. Shot down 30 November 1944 in B-17 44-8109. POW. Badly hit over the target, but managed to emergency land in recently retaken Brussels. Hit in #2 engine and began losing altitude rapidly and others could hear Whaley calling.
