As Bombadier Rogan flew 15 missions on 322nd Sqdn's 'Betty Lou's Buggy' with the 91st BG before becoming Pathfinder for the Group and being awarded the DFC and Air Medal. He was afterwards an administrator with The Veterans' Association for 38 years.
Rogan's most vivid memory of the war was visiting London, and seeing civilians sheltering in the Underground.
