Lt. Cornelius J. Collins, of Binghampton, NY, enlisted on 26 October 1942. Assigned to the 368th Fighter Squadron on 25 October 1944, he flew 31 combat missions, and completed his tour of duty with the 359th Fighter Group on 21 July 1945.
