Revisions
Records, including the accident report for the forced landing of 42-32368 would seem to indicate that the pilot of Ain’t Miss Behavin’ III was James A MacSporran - not James A Compton . He is referred to in all the cross referenced material as the pilot, and is recorded as KIA 24 Dec 1944, along with the other members of tech crew. Furthermore there is no record that I can find for 1LT Compton in 8th AF.
