This is Claire Walter Eclov, staff sergeant 3rd grade, who was a radio operator with the 466 bomb group and flew on the "Berlin Bound" Liberator B-24J A/C #42-50717 which crashed on February 15, 1945. He was from Brookings, S.D. and his remains were initially buried in Cambridge, England and then returning to the Brookings Luthern Cemetary.
