Painting of William E Booth. It was painted by A R Hutchison, a British man who had met Bill when he was stationed at Barkston Heath. His niece remembers: 'My 93 year old mother inherited the painting when my Uncle died, she can remember William Booth from during the war when he became a good friend of my mother’s family during his time in the UK, but as things usually happen they lost contact after the war.'
