Lady Ronaldshay passes a cup of tea to Corporal W Sorg of the 10th Photographic Reconnaissance Group atop his F-5 Lightning. Image stamped on reverse: 'Current Affairs Ltd.' [stamp], 'Passed for publication 3 Aug 1944.' [stamp] and '346292.' [censor no.] Printed caption on reverse: 'Don't hold up the job! A nice cup of tea for Corporal W. Sorg of 767 St. Ann's Avenue, New York City, is handed up by Lady Ronaldshay, who drives a YMCA tea car to this American aerodrome in Britain. Corporal Sorg is serving with a Photographic Reconnaisance Squadron of Lightnings, and is playing his part in prying out the secrets of Hitler's Europe. Lady Ronaldshay, whose husband is son and heir of the Marquess of Zetland, has been doing war work for several years, including the packing of prisoner-of-war parcels and work with the WVS (Womens Voluntary Service) in Yorkshire - providing clothes for bombed-out people etc. But for the last 12 months she has been running this YMCA tea car, and is quite understandably popular with all the Americans she meets.'
