Howard M Dunham
MilitaryShot down on 4 February 1943 in B-17F 41-24589 'Texas Bronco' while serving as Navigator. Aircraft was damaged by flak on a mission to bomb the port area of Emden, Germany (last resort) then attacked by German fighters. ME 110s and JU88s. The pilots crash landed on the beach at Terschelling, Holland and destroyed the plane. 2 were killed and the other 8 became Prisoner of War (POW)s. He is listed at Stalag 3 in Bavaria originally then moved to Nuremberg Langwasser.
