Shot down by fighters after bombs away and exploded and crashed SW of the target of Brunsick on 20 Feb 1944 in B-24J #42-100352. Killed in Action (KIA). Lt. Wyman became a Prisoner of War (POW), but was shot and killed by a guard at Stalag Luft I.
