Edward J. Chu, 448th Bomb Group. I was lucky enough to meet Ed Chu at the 2007 Reunion for the 448th BG in Orlando, Florida. I was interviewing veterans in our hotel and he said he couldn't talk to me, on camera at that time., he hadn't been well, I believe. We wrote to each other at least once and he shared his war diary with me. He also sent me a photo of me that he took on our visit to the Kennedy Space Centre.
