Forced down in Hungary on 19 November 1951 and interned.
While approaching Belgrade, Yugoslavia the aircraft got lost and strayed into Hungary and was forced down. Crew returned to the United States after a show trial.
Later used by the Hungarian Air Force from 1952 to 1956 then to Malev as HA-TSA.
Crashed into a house in Lumumba Street, Zudlo, East Pest 6 Aug 1961, killing all 27 onboard,
plus 3 on the ground. Aircraft was on a sightseeing flight and stalled off a steep turn.
