41-28829 My Everlovin Gal
Personal photographs found inside an old book. Confirmed identity with James' son, Andrew, who has similar photos in his possession from his father's scrapbook.
B-24 41-28829 was hit by right wing of B-24 42-51181, as it left formation after sustaining flak hits, and exploded when struck. This happened over the target of Magdeburg, about 30 seconds after bombs away.
